Lessons Learned from 2023

1. It matters what people who you care about think of you. 

2. It does not matter what people who you do not care about think of you. 

3. Confidence can be found in taking risks.

4. You are probably more capable than you give yourself credit for.

5. Two things can be true at the same time. 

6. Sad things are going to happen.

7. Pay attention to who you can lean on when those sad things happen. 

8. Pay attention to who you cannot lean on when those sad things happen. 

9. It is important to find pride in your accomplishments.
